NABARD Grade ‘A’ Vacancy Details
- Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS): 85 Posts

Educational Qualification
- RDBS Posts: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks in any discipline.
- Legal Posts: LLB/LLM with minimum 60% marks.
- Protocol & Security Posts: Candidates must have relevant experience in the Army, Navy, or Air Force.
- Preferred Qualifications: BBA, BMS, MBA, PGDM, CA, CS, CMA, or PHA recognized by Government Institutions.
Age Limit (as on 01-11-2025)
- For RDBS/Legal Posts: 21 to 30 years
- For Protocol & Security Posts: 25 to 40 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in multiple stages as follows:
- Phase I – Preliminary (Online) Examination
- Phase II – Main (Online) Examination
- Phase III – Psychometric Test
- Phase IV – Interview
The final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in all phases.

Online Written Test: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for the Online Preliminary and Main Examinations. The detailed structure of Phase I (Prelims) is given below:
