2. Job Details
The hiring is for **full-time permanent roles** in the **Healthcare & Life Sciences department**. Selected candidates will be working on medical claims, insurance follow-ups, and AR (Accounts Receivable) processes.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze outstanding medical claims and follow up with insurance companies.
- Work on denials follow-up and appeals as required.
- Document claim updates accurately in client software.
- Maintain good communication and rapport with insurance representatives.
- Ensure claims are processed and reimbursed on time.
- Focus on improving collection percentage.
4. Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Proficient keyboard skills and MS Office knowledge.
- Medical billing or claims adjudication experience is a plus (not mandatory).
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
