• Any degree or 12th Pass

Role & responsibilities:

• Welcome calling to Customers.

• Handling customer queries.

• A typical Customer Support candidate Responsibility.

• Handling customer queries.

• 6 days work, 1 Rotational Week Off.

•  A typical Customer Support candidate Responsibility.

• 24/7 shift timing (Any 9 hours - Assigned by the reporting person)

Skills Required:

• Typing: 20 WPM, 85% Accuracy, VETI 3.

• Internet Speed: 30mbps, USB Headset.

• System will be provided by the company.

Working Hours:

• 6 days work, 1 Rotational Week Off.-
